本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を収集することはありません。

The App does not collect any personal information. All notes and data created by the user are stored solely on the user's device and are never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
The App offers in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The Developer does not have access to any payment information.
The App does not sell, share, or disclose user information to any third parties.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
